At Adult Shop SA we deliver to any location in South Africa from Durban to Johannesburg, CapeTown, Pretoria and everywhere in-between.
Adult Shop SA offers various delivery options an additional cost – or alternatively spend R950 or more and get free delivery. Any delays in the delivery of your package once we have handed the package to the courier company is the responsibility of the courier company and not that of Adult Shop SA.
Our delivery options include:
1. Courier – Your package is sent with one of our trusted courier companies to your door. Delivery usually takes 1 – 3 days unless you are in an outlying area which then may take up to 5 working days. The courier companies only deliver to a physical address and not to a postal address.
2. Post Office – Your order is sent with South African Post Office – Speed Services. Delivery usually takes 1 – 5 working days. Your order will go to your PO Box or Post Office Counter.
3. Postnet – Orders sent with Postnet will go to a Postnet Suite or Postnet Counter. Postnet deliveries take on average of 2-3 working days.
Additional Delivery T & C’s
We will email you a waybill/ tracking number as soon as we have shipped your order. Please note that it may take 1 – 2 days to process your order before shipment. We will aim to deliver goods within these time periods, but goods are subject to availability. Lingerie and certain other products are subject to availability and delivery times may vary.
Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are estimations only and we shall not be liable for any costs, damages, charges, or expenses incurred, caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods. Our failure to meet approximate delivery dates will not be grounds for you to cancel the sale.
Should you not collect your parcel from the post office within 10 working days , then the parcel will be returned to us and you will be charged accordingly for re-sending it back to you. Similarly, if you should not be available when the courier attempts to deliver the parcel and the parcel is returned to us, you will be charged accordingly for re-sending it back to you.
Should the Post Office, Speed Services Courier or any of our Couriers go on strike after the parcel has been handed over to them then there might be delays in getting your parcel to you. This type of labour action is totally out of our control and it will give you no reason whatsoever to cancel the order due to the delays. It will be your responsibility to liaise directly with the courier company concerned. Please use the tracking number provided when liaising with them.
Should it be established that the parcel has gone missing and not recoverable at all, we will then institute a claim against the courier company concerned. Once the claim has been settled then we will refund you accordingly.
