At Adult Shop SA we deliver to any location in South Africa from Durban to Johannesburg, CapeTown and everywhere inbetween.
We deliver all products for FREE. Our Free delivery option uses the SA Post Office (SAPO) and delivery will usually take 5 - 15 working days after it is shipped. Any delays in the delivery with the SAPO are the responsibilty of the SAPO and NOT Adult Shop SA. You are required to make the necessary arrangements to collect the goods from the SAPO.
If you wish to receive your package sooner we do have courier services available. These are at an additional fee but delivery will usually be in 2 - 3 working days.
Additional Delivery T & C's
We will email you a waybill/ tracking number as soon as we have shipped your order. Please note that it takes 1 - 2 days to process your order before shipment. We will aim to deliver goods within these time periods, but goods are subject to availability. Lingerie and certain other products are subject to availability and delivery may vary.
Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are estimations only and we shall not be liable for any costs, damages, charges, or expenses incurred, caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods. Our failure to meet approximate delivery dates will not be grounds for you to cancel the sale.
Should you not collect your parcel from the post office within 10 working days after notification, then the parcel will be returned to us and you will be charged accordingly for re-sending it back to you. Similarly, if you should not be available when the courier attempts to deliver the parcel and the parcel is returned to us, you will be charged accordingly for re-sending it back to you.
Should the Post Office, Speed Services Courier or any of our Couriers go on strike after the parcel has been handed over to them then there might be delays in getting your parcel to you. This type of labour action is totally out of our control and it will give you no reason whatsoever to cancel the order due to the delays. It will be your responsibility to liaise directly with the courier company concerned. Please use the tracking number provided when liaising with them.
Should it be established that the parcel has gone missing and not recoverable at all, we will then institute a claim against the courier company concerned. Once the claim has been settled then we will refund you accordingly.
