Our warehouse is open Monday – Friday from 9am -5pm. Orders are picked, packed and shipped during this time. We also have friendly & helpful assistants available to help you shop, select your items and give you updates on your order.

You can either place an order with us online by searching for the products you want, adding them to your cart, and checking out online or you can contact us to place an order for you via any of our online platform

- Every time you see a product you like, simply click the ‘add to cart’ button. You can view your cart at the top right of your screen to see which products you have added to your cart. Dont worry you can Shop Safely at Adult Shop SA! We provide a safe and secure online shopping experience.
- All you need to do now is review your cart and checkout! You can do a Guest Checkout but we recommend that you Register an Account so that it is easier to follow your order progress and tracking! We use a third party credit card payment gateway with SSL certificates so you can Pay Securely, we also accept EFT payments.
You can pay for your order by using PayFast when you checkout online or by doing an EFT to our bank account with your order number as reference.
We can have your order shipped straight to your door! Alternatively if you would prefer, to your local post office, PostNet or Pep! Contact us directly should you require another method of delivery that is not listed.
We promise that no-one will know what you are receiving as our parcels are bubble wrapped and 100% discreetly wrapped! So Smile! What else can you do once you receive your package?

Returns & Cancellation Policy: The Voluntary cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 20% administration and restocking fee on their refund. Goods may be returned only when defective, damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered. If the Goods are defective in any way this must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the product having been delivered to you and must be returned to us within a period of 7 days after delivery. All goods must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as received and with all items received in the package. Any missing or damaged items will void the return completely. If the Goods are not the same as what was ordered this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage must also be immediately reported, within 24 hours of delivery.If the Goods have been approved for return, we will notify you and request that you post it back to us. Should you need to post the Goods to us please only send it to our postal address (please email us for these details: firstname.lastname@example.org). Upon receipt of the item we will send a replacement to you. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Adult Shop SA will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to the customer only. Please fill in the Returns Form before returning the item. If you are returning Goods via courier or post office please package it carefully so that it does not become damaged enroute.
